The Particle چۇ in Emphasizing the Subject

سۇبيېكتنى تەكىتلەيدىغان «چۇ» يۈكلىمىسى

The particle چۇ may be attached to the subject of the sentence to place particular emphasis on the subject in a manner analogous to the English "as far as... is concerned". Typically, the subject together with چۇ are placed in the very beginning of the sentence, followed by the main phrase (as is usually done in the analogous English structure). Some sources report this usage as not being standard in Kashgar [4].

As for me, I won't be able to attend today's meeting.
.مەنچۇ، بۈگۈنكى يىغىنغا قاتناشالمايمەن

.بۇ كومپيۇتېرچۇ، بىرقانچە كۈندىن ئىلگىرى بۇزۇلۇپ قالدى

To add further emphasis, one may add the verb قارىماق in the second-person imperative between the first and second parts of the sentence [1,5]. This is very much analogous to adding similar emphasis with the command "look..." or "well, look..." in English, but will generally translate differently depending on the particular sentence.

We invited him and, lo and behold, he didn't come.
