The Particle غۇ|قۇ as a Reminder

ئەسلىتىش رولىدىكى «غۇ|قۇ» يۈكلىمىسى

In affirmative sentences, the particle غۇ|قۇ may be used, usually at the very end, to remind the listener of something that the speaker believes to be obvious and/or important.

This is clearly Emet!
!بۇ ئەمەتقۇ

Forget about it. It's such a small thing.
.بولدى، كىچىككىنە ئىشقۇ

You can hang your clothes outside. There's a line just next to the door, you know.
.كىيىمىڭىزنى تېشىغا يايسىڭىز بولىدۇ، ئىشىكنىڭ يېنىدىلا بىر سىم بارغۇ

In some cases, it may be seen as being analogous to the English "..., eh?" or "..., huh?" when these are used as a rhetorical question.

He's just been talking on and on, huh?
.ئۇنىڭ گېپى تۈگىمەيلا كەتتىغۇ

Just what exactly happened to you? You just can't stop smiling!
!سىزگە زادى نېمە بولدى، ئاغزىڭىز قۇلىقىڭىزغا يېتىپلا قاپتۇغۇ

It may also be used to express the speaker's annoyance, similar to the English "didn't...?" when used for the same purpose.

I came on time, didn't I?
.مەن ۋاقتىدا كەلدىمغۇ

Didn't I say that there's no one here?
.مەن ئادەم يوق دېدىمغۇ
